Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange or refund for you.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To arrange a return or exchange, please send us a message via the 'Contact Us' link on our website. Please ensure you have thoroughly read though our returns policy below.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the faulty return back to us. Please contact us to obtain a returns number to arrange collection. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty and communicate this decision with you. 

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. In the event that you are not happy with the sizing of the product or it wasn't what you expected, you may also return it within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused with tags and in original packaging.

What are my options when returning an item?

Refund: If you would like a refund for a faulty item, we will happily refund the original product price via original payment method once we have received the item back to our head office.

If you would like to return an item due to change of mind or incorrect fit, there will be a $10 return and warehouse repacking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. We will process the refund via original payment method once we have received the returned item in its original condition. If any damage is sustained then allowance needs be made to account for this (full value not possible).

Exchange: If your item does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for another size. We do not allow exchanges of a different colour or style, in this event you must adhere to the change of mind policy as noted above.

Do I have to pay for shipping of a return?

Yes, it is the recipient's responsibility to incur return shipping costs to our head office and redelivery fees may apply. If you receive an item that is faulty and are requesting a refund, we will accommodate for these costs.
